I am officially trying to keep my stomach from busting out of my jeans sat here. I ate far too much. I think my off switch in my head must be broken. I have just ate a plate full of food that I could have really left a third of. Plus to top it off I have weigh in tomorrow so my ‘eating light the day before weigh day’ Rule has yet again failed. To be fail it has yet to start.
i didn’t go over my points but I used 18 yes that’s right 18 points on my dinner.
And if that wasn’t bad enough I weighed 4 lbs more today than I did on Sunday (yes my ‘don’t weigh yourself at home’ rule also has not worked)
I haven’t been swimming this again again ( ⭐Week😩) and I just feel fat. Yes I am fat I know but I feel bloated. I am considering skipping weigh in tomorrow or maybe go on Thursday instead and have my light pre weigh in. Meal tomorrow ( who am I kidding!)
On the plus side there is a massive bar of galaxy chocolate that’s been sat on the kitchen side since Sunday and I haven’t opened it. Go Me!
